Above idyllic vineyards, the Moritzburg district Reichenberg lies between Radebeul and Moritzburg. To the east is the city of Dresden and to the west is the station Friedewald Bad of the Lößnitz Ground Railway. This makes the "AM REICHEN BERG" Guesthouse ideal for visitors to Dresden and those seeking relaxation, as well as for railroad enthusiasts. Several stations of the Lößnitz Ground Railway, which is operated daily by steam locomotives, are perfectly accessible from Reichenberg by car, bike or on foot.
The building, constructed in the 1930s and newly renovated, offers three comfortable rooms with a pleasant atmosphere. Designed with love and taste, the rooms are suitable for two to four people. Every room has a modern bathroom with shower.
The experienced hosts offer a hearty breakfast in the morning and are happy to provide tips for trips. There are plenty of parking spaces available for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. Due to the good connection of Reichenberg to the road network, the guesthouse is easily reached.
P.S.: The owners are always happy to talk about the history of transportation. A frequent point of reference are the railroad pictures on the building next to the property, which show the Henschel-Wegmann Train and the "Saxonia" Locomotive.
