The spa town of Seiffen is worth a visit at any time of the year – not least because of the Seiffen Adventure World at the northern entrance to the town. The area, which covers more than one hectare, offers a variety of attractions: While the Adventure Playground with its fancy equipment is suitable for children of all ages, the 913 meter (2995 feet) long Summer Toboggan Run attracts somewhat older children and adults from April to October. After the sledge has been pulled around 200 meters (656 feet) uphill, it takes 15 curves – nine of which are steep – back down into the valley. There is a huge bump in the middle where the sledge can even take off a little. A few smaller obstacles ensure that the downhill run doesn't get boring. However, don't worry – if you stick to the safety instructions, it's safe.
The neighboring Model Railway Exhibition is open throughout the year. Alongside two impressive large-scale layouts and several home layouts, there is also a car racing track for children. Furthermore, a lovely garden railroad can be set in motion in front of the model railway building.
The model railway area covers two floors and total area of 450 square meters. It contains one of the largest digitally controlled layouts in the nominal size TT and a replica of the Hetzdorf Viaduct on a scale of 1:87, over which model trains also run.
A restaurant is open from April to October. There you can have your drinks brought to your table by a garden train. Observing lovingly designed dioramas shortens the time until the train arrives – there is never a boring moment in Seiffen!
The Adventure Playground is a great place for families to have fun with their children. There are various options for climbing and balancing, several slides, a pirate ship, a large wood transporter, a trampoline, swings and much more.

Since 2001, there is also a Ball Track to explore. The Seiffen Adventure World is delighted to be part of the "Kugeltour" Project, which offers a wide range of marble runs in and around Seiffen for both young and old.
